TC XXMSERIALControl systems for audio-visual and industrial applications use RS-232 which is a 2-way standard which allows the control system to send commands and receive feedback. RS-232 (and RS-485) uses serial cable which has 9-pin d-sub connectors which look like a VGA connector but instead of three rows of pins they only have two.
